Web Design & Development - Pricing

Our website pricing schedule is very simple. We have flat rate pricing for additional work beyond the sum that is agreed to by both parties. All services including website development, e-commerce shopping carts, multimedia, scripting, programming, etc. are priced at the quoted rate.

There are no hidden costs, no hidden fees. You simply tell us what your project is, what you want it to accomplish and what your budget is. We then work out what we think it would cost to build.

To avoid an unsatisfactory Web site, detailed planning is required. One of the first items to consider is what you, as a company, hope to achieve through the Web site. Net Noise can provide assistance in the planning and development of your web presence and a complete solution for your business, whether you are looking for a two page site or an advanced e-commerce operation. We take pride in the work that we do and our priority is to ensure that the online representation of your business is taken seriously.

It is difficult to provide costings on web design on our site because there are too many variables involved to be accurate. We need to discuss graphics, the size of the project, the level of interactivity ie. forms, scripts, databases, the ability for your staff to update your site through browser based forms, text input and the list goes on...... What we can do is provide an indication of what we think a project would cost via email (based on information provided by you) and a written quote upon further consultation.

If you wish to receive an indication of cost via email on your proposed site, simply complete this form and submit to us. We will provide you with an indicative cost as soon as possible.

If after further discussion you wish to continue with the project process, Net Noise requires a $100.00 non-refundable deposit, to be applied to the web site project estimate.

Next the materials are gathered and the goals for the Web Site are discussed in further detail.

Materials that you want us to use in development, text copy, photographs, and graphics should be given to us (preferably) in electronic format. These materials and other information relevant to the project should be submitted to us in their entirety, all at one time.

After we review the proposed content for the project we will give you a written quote. To commence development we require payment of one half the website project quote, with the balance due in full when the site is uploaded to the Internet.

Please note, we can't give a quote on a project if we do not know what the proposed content of the site is.

Net Noise stands by its initial quote and does not condone hidden costs. However, if additions or modifications to the Web Site are desired after the production has begun, that were not brought to light during consultation, then it is reasonable to expect that Net Noise and your organisation should come to an agreement on the additional charge for such additions and modifications.

We expect that minor to moderate changes will be made to the Web Site during the project's development.
