Site Hosting
The files that make up your website are kept on
one or more computers called web servers. The server computer is
said to be a host for your site. In other words, they look after
your site and ensure it is available around the clock.
The web hosting requirements for any site vary
according to the technology used to create it. The standard of the
service can vary greatly from one company to the next. The speed
and reliability of service are crucial as is the level of customer
support provided.
Although we do not provide web hosting at Net Noise,
we will either assist you in choosing a suitable provider or recommend
reliable companies we have used in the past.

Horizontal scrolling
Have you ever been to a Website where you found yourself having to scroll the screen left to right to read all the content? Chances are, you have. Chances are also that after a while, you decided against doing it. This is because, while it is intuitive to scroll down a page, it's less so left to right.
The visual distraction of having content cut off the right side is very disconcerting. You'll see many sites do this for the simple reason that the developer forced an absolute size width of the web page, instead of allowing it to fit within the user's screen. Bottom line? If you make your visitor scroll from left to right, they'll likely go to another site.
